June 2008 : The Season of 2008 has begun, and after a brief wander around Lodge lake in the early hours of the morning,
I realized that maybe I was wrong to book that appointment today and should've gone fishing instead.
There were a
lot of hopeful people out there at 3am and I was not disappointed to see an angler pull in a nice common carp a touch under
the 12lb mark.
Report's are slowly coming but it seem's the river Ouse out near Stony Stratford was slow going too.
But then we all need time to warm up.... Not just the fish.
